Why drumming scales so well
A samba band is made of sections: big bass drums, mid drums, small drums and hand-held percussion. Add more people and you add more sections. The structure stays the same. The sound just gets bigger.
With a small team, the session is focused and personal. Everyone hears exactly how they affect the group, which makes for great conversations afterwards.
With a big group, it's a spectacle. Hundreds of people playing in time is an incredible feeling, and an unforgettable way to open or close a conference.
